How to Follow Safe Rafting

Rafting becomes familiar with one of the adventure holidays activities during the activity holidays. This water sport needs fellow team cohesiveness. You want to secure the following rafting or rafting? Here some things that needs to be considered:
* Know your abilities. If you lack the ability to swim, choose the location rafting activities that do not require you have the ability to swim.
* Use a life vest and helmet always when you are on the water or while taking a break at the riverside.
* Beware of any danger inherent in the river or the surrounding white water rafting, and prepare for a possible danger.
* Ask the skipper to stop the activity if there is heavy rain. Soon get boat aside, wait until the rain stopped and the flow of water back to normal.
* Use sneakers or Sandals Mountain during the rafting activities.
* Install a hook if you wear glasses.
* Do not wear clothes and materials that absorb water against you, wear clothes from Lycra material, neoprene, or a parachute.
* Tie your hair properly, do not let loose.
* Wear sunblock to avoid sunburn with SPF that match your skin, apply evenly and do not be smeared on the forehead and knee creases.
* leave all your valuables such as jewelry. Watches, HP and lock the vehicle in a safe place.
* Bring the items needed for the rafting. Make sure the items wrapped in plastic bags before putting it into the dry bag, and be sure to also carry dry bags in good condition and attached to the boat for rafting.
* Make sure you are not under the influence of alcohol and drugs prior to starting operations. Do not follow the activities push yourself if you are still in the treatment or care.
* Make sure that you have understood fully about how, techniques and name are given at the safety talk before you start the activity. If in doubt, and not understand, do not be ashamed to ask trip leader or the skipper to explain again.
